Wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data risk control, particularly in data movement integrity, group data products, or business architecture.
• Strong knowledge of operational, non-financial, and data risk management frameworks.
• Experience across Data, IT, Operations, Risk Management, or Audit functions.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including remote team management.
