The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team at HSBC plays a crucial role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The team provides operational risk and control expertise, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the businesses and functions they serve. Key activities include implementing and overseeing the Group's Risk Management Framework, conducting controls assessments, maintaining risk governance, and promoting a proactive risk culture. They collaborate closely with partners across all lines of defense and maintain positive relationships with regulators and external partners. The Shared Services Team within GCIO CCO focuses on improving existing processes and tools for risk and control management.

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of experience in risk and controls within financial services, in a risk-related function or as a management consultant
• Broad expertise in Cyber, Technology, and/or Data risk-related control design (e.g., NIST, COBIT, etc.)
• Experience in delivering complex change in a global, matrix-style organization
• Expertise in designing Risk Management Frameworks and Control Frameworks
• Strong communication skills to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
