They provide operational risk and control expertise, technical knowledge, and support risk governance. The team works closely with partners across all lines of defense, including regulators and external partners, to maintain positive relationships and champion a proactive risk culture.

Wymagania:

• At least 5 years of experience in risk and controls in financial services
• Broad expertise in Cyber, Technology, and/or Data risk related control design
• Experience in delivering complex change in a global, matrix-style organization
• Expertise in designing Risk Management Frameworks and Control Frameworks
• Strong communication skills to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
