Opis oferty:

HSBC is seeking an experienced Collateral Business Analyst to join the Collateral IT team. Collateral IT provides software solutions for the Collateral Operations and Collateral Treasury functions of the bank. The team is part way through a multi-year project to build a brand new Collateral platform which will ultimately replace the current platform for Collateral Operations.

Wymagania:

• Extensive experience in technical business analysis (8+ years).
• At least 5 years’ experience in capital markets work environment, with knowledge of Collateral Management, Repos Settlement, Tri-party.
• Experience working with Front Office and Operations teams on new requirements/change items relating to Collateral Management.
• Experience delivering projects with agile teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
