We're looking for a driven and collaborative Scrum Master & Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Technology organization. In this hybrid role, you'll combine the principles of Agile delivery, Lean Six Sigma, and process optimization to help our IT pods operate at their best. You'll guide teams through agile ceremonies, coach them to deliver value efficiently, and continuously improve our technology delivery processes using data-driven insights. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about both team agility and process excellence—someone who thrives on helping teams deliver smarter, faster, and more effectively.

Wymagania:

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycles.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methods in technology or digital environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance agile flexibility with process discipline and structure.
