Opis oferty:
The Risk & Control Specialist at HSBC will be responsible for delivering activities related to technology control ownership, risk management, control governance, and team leadership within CTO Enablement Risk & Controls.
Wymagania:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Controls Governance & Monitoring, or IT Service Continuity Management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk governance practices.
- Knowledge of Data Security Control and Information Security Risk Management processes.
- Experience with Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies, and Agile tooling like Confluence and JIRA.
- Ability to work on complex projects and interpret complex data for business decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels across different cultures.
