Wymagania:

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft, with a focus on iconography, illustration and UI-ready assets.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping is desirable.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining icon and illustration libraries at scale.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills–you can articulate design rationale clearly and advocate for visual quality.
• Experience in leading and mentoring other designers, providing feedback and guidance.
• Passion for crafting meaningful, beautiful experiences and continuously raising the visual bar.
• Ability to lead through influence and contribute to shaping a strong design culture and to communicate design rationale and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, accessibility, and responsive design.
