Within Chief Technology Office, Connectivity provides services covering networks, security and contact center. HSBC is currently seeking an experienced professional to join the team as Lead Third Party Engagement Manager for the Global Business Function.

Wymagania:

  • TPRM and VRM experience of 4+ years
  • Experience in managing/assessing risks for Network Infrastructure, MPLS and/or Circuit providers is an asset
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Business English language with familiarity of legal and tech vocabulary
  • Familiarity with technology service delivery models and understanding legal agreements interpretation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities, strong depth and breadth of technology knowledge, with direct experience of Telecommunications Services will be an asset
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships, and collaborating directly with a variety of vendors, customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Intuitive and able to troubleshoot issues and problems as they occur, being the driving force of solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing activities, schedules and workloads; respectful of different cultures
