The role is within the Frontline Enablement and Marketing (FEM) Tech team, which is part of the CIB Technology, providing Business Intelligence solutions and support for CIB business areas, including finance and sales teams.

Wymagania:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis preferably in banking domain.
• Experience with managing a multi-role technical team, including hiring for technical roles, people management and mentoring.
• Skilled at working with senior stakeholders, analysing & capturing functional & non-functional requirements for long-term and short-term projects.
• Experience of building and managing a team.
• Experience working with an international development and business teams.
• Background in leading development across multiple pods, with both on- and off-shore resources, to successfully deliver on time and budget.
• Hands on working experience of working in agile, business driven development (BDD) & devops best practices.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
