We're seeking a Java Tech Lead with a strong focus on backend development, and intermediate experience in SRE/DevOps. In this role, you'll do hands-on development, providing mentorship to a team of engineers, supporting their professional growth.

- Testing (Testing Trophy ,Pyramid , Schools of Unit Testing, Functional and Non-Functional Testing)
- Observability, Resilience, Scalability, Logging, SLAs / SLOs / SLIs, DORA metrics, Root Cause Analysis, Intermediate knowledge in SRE/DevOps
- Linux, Containers, Docker, Networking, Protocols, Security
- Technology like: Java 17 / 21, Spring Boot 3.x, Maven, JPA/Hibernate, AWS (EKS, EC2, ECR, ECS, Lambda, SAM, S3, Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, SQS, SNS, Secrets Manager, Certificate Manager (ACM), CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Terraform
- Technical Leadership (Documents technical decisions (ADRs, EDRs), Familiar with at least one decision-making framework (e.g., RAPID), Seeks consensus, especially when facilitating technical decision-making, Leads with questions)
