Opis oferty:
The IT Service Owner (ITSO) is responsible for the ongoing supply and support of the IT services owned and provide a single point of contact for those services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases. The role involves working closely with controls, governance, tasks, and Technology experts.
Wymagania:
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure/Software support, or Project Management
- Very good knowledge of ITIL methodologies, especially in SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change Management
- Strong experience in IT Control, Governance, and Compliance
- Good knowledge of IT technologies, their components, and operational environments
- Strong communication skills in English
