Opis oferty:
The IT Operations Support Manager at HSBC has a broad responsibility for the delivery and support of in-country technology services in coordination with central Technology teams and relevant third-party service providers. The role requires close coordination with in-country stakeholders to meet IT support requirements aligned with the organizational Strategy.
Wymagania:
- Previous experience with managing technical issues, hardware/software, applications, and vendor management.
- Experience in proactively managing user issues and problems.
- Good understanding and experience of IT and cyber security risks.
- Ability to communicate at a senior level and present to local Exco and Committees.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
- Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, MS Power BI, ServiceNow is an advantage.
