Wymagania:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration
• Strong knowledge of MQ internals, message flows, and troubleshooting tools
• Experience with MQ security concepts and implementation
• Understanding of ITIL processes and automation skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Scripting skills in REXX, Shell, PowerShell, or Python
