HSBC is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Global FX Calculations team in the Markets & Securities Services IT Poland department. The team focuses on developing and maintaining the bank's solution for post-trading risk and PnL calculation in the context of Investment Banking. This role involves leading a team, communicating with business users, designing technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality.

Wymagania:

• Extensive experience in software engineering with at least 8 years of experience
• Strong hands-on skills in Java programming on the back-end, including HTTPS, RESTful API, and microservices on Cloud infrastructure
• Experience in delivering back-end systems with a focus on high-availability, high performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Domain knowledge in banking, particularly in trade life cycle and post-trade processing, with a focus on FX products
• Experience in production support is a plus
