Wymagania:

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and operating distributed systems written in Java
• Designing and developing microservices using Java and Spring Boot, practical experience in applying Test Driven Development
• Experience and Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk and financial instruments are advantages
• Previous experience in leading a team of 5-12 people is a plus
• Good understanding of agile processes and techniques, Solid knowledge of DevOps practices
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
