Opis oferty:

We are currently seeking Endpoint Engineering SME to join the End User services, Workspace Engineering team. The team is responsible for engineering and automating all aspects of End user devices including, Windows 11, macOS, eLux and virtualisation technologies used within HSBC including updates and lifecycle management. This role presents an opportunity to be actively involved in shaping and defining the End user devices strategy, management infrastructure, image components, update strategy and telemetry data for a 300k+ devices in the estate across 26 countries.

Wymagania:

• Need to be proactive, possess an outgoing personality, self-motivated and be able to work independently and under pressure with good understanding of the financial services business to translate business needs into appropriate IT solutions.
• Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate and influence stakeholders and vendors to meet new business requirements and functionality.
• Demonstrate experience of engineering solutions in a large-scale end user device estate.
• Experience with some of the automation and DevOps tooling (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk, Azure DevOps, Terraform, PowerShell, etc.)
• Demonstrate experience delivering business requirements on Windows, mac and eLux OS and supporting infrastructure in an enterprise scale.
• Experience in building a range of services in Azure using Infrastructure-as-a-code methods including virtual desktops, Citrix Cloud/DaaS service, Infrastructure build and configurations of a variety of services including Compute & Storage, Microsoft modern endpoint cloud services
• Demonstrate experience of Windows365, Autopilot, Intune, MECM, OSD TS, Active Directory, Group Policy management and Intune policies.
• Have awareness on Cybersecurity, risk and compliance governance and how this can translate to the technology stack within End user services environments
