The Global Social Network Analytics (GSNA) platform at HSBC uses Big Data technology together with AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to identify potential financial crime risks that enable a global network of Investigators, Intelligence Analysts, and Data Scientists to conduct effective intelligence-based investigations.

The team is looking for an Elasticsearch Engineer based at the Global Technology Centre in Krakow, working in an Agile Scrum environment with 2-week sprints and releases every 6 weeks.

Wymagania:

• Being Elastic Search SME
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem
• Being familiar with DevOps / Agile practices (Scrum / KANBAN)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Scala Spark (nice to have)
• JUnit, TDD, BDD, RHEL / shell scripting / REGEX, Clean code, SOLID, KISS, DRY, design patterns (nice to have)
