We are looking for a Demand and Capacity Lead to join the Digital Business Automation (DigiBA) team in CTO Infrastructure at HSBC. The role involves managing demand and capacity at the application level with a focus on infrastructure. The platform supports services such as Control-M, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Connect:Direct.

Wymagania:

• Strong experience in application-level demand and capacity planning
• Analytical mindset with the ability to model service growth
• Understanding of how enterprise applications consume infrastructure resources
• Experience with licensing and vendor models
• Familiarity with workload automation or MFT tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
