Cybersecurity Controls Design and Oversight Lead will play a key role in the design and maintenance of the Cybersecurity control environment at HSBC. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining operational controls instances, measurements, Policies, Standards and Procedures for Group Cybersecurity.

Wymagania:

• Expertise in Risk and Control Management
• Ability to translate IT concepts into business-friendly language
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity
• Understanding of metrics and measures in managing risks and controls
• Experience working in international and fast-paced environments
• Ability to identify and resolve challenges in processes
• Technical writing skills and proficiency in written English
