The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team at HSBC plays a crucial role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. They provide operational risk and control expertise, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the businesses and functions they serve. The team collaborates closely with partners across all lines of defense, maintains positive relationships with regulators and external partners, and works on improving existing ways of working, tools, and processes for risk and control management.

Wymagania:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product analysis and understanding of project management concepts.
• Ability to work in a complex, change environment and respond to challenges arising from working with big transformation programs.
• Experience with analyzing high volumes of complex data and presenting findings in a simple and understandable format.
• Understanding of Technology Risk and Control Management concepts, Key Control Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Strong communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.
