The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team at HSBC plays a crucial role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. They provide operational risk and control expertise, specialist technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the businesses and functions they serve.
The GCIO CCO Shared Services Team focuses on improving existing ways of working, tools, and processes for risk and control management.
Wymagania:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product analysis and understanding of project management concepts.
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL or ISO 9000:2000.
- Experience with analyzing high volumes of complex data and presenting findings in a simple and understandable format.
- Ability to work in a complex, changing environment and respond to challenges arising from working with big transformation programs.
- Experience with Risk and Control Management, Key Control Indicators, Key Risk Indicators, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Strong communication skills to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Knowledge of process mappings and modeling techniques; Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BMP) certificates are beneficial.
