Opis oferty:

The GCIO Chief Control Office (CCO) team at HSBC plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management within the organization. They work closely with partners across different lines of defense, maintain positive relationships with regulators and external partners, and are part of a global team.

The role involves overseeing the risk and control portfolio related to Cyber Operations and Intelligence provided by the COI team. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor for senior management, promoting accountable risk and control decision-making, providing specialist knowledge and insights to improve the control environment, and influencing the development of risk management frameworks.

Wymagania:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in control capabilities such as Cyber Operations, Security Operations Centres, Incident Management, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience in operational risk management, non-financial risk, and technology & information security risk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of process improvement.
  • Previous exposure to IT, Operations, Risk Management, or Audit roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Industry recognized certificates are desirable (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CCSP).
