The Business QA Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of exploratory testers within cross functional teams. The role includes ensuring end-to-end focused requirements, achieving test scope, maximizing test automation, and allocating resources to support all XFT teams.

Wymagania:

• Excellent knowledge of the testing process, digital channels, and customer expectations.
• Past experience in relevant QA roles with a good understanding of project methodology, frameworks, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology, experience with test tools like Jira and Confluence, and ISTQB qualification.
• Strong communication, decision-making, relationship management, and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience, performance management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
