Wymagania:

• Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer in AI/ML domains.
• In-depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Advanced programming skills in Python, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
