Opis oferty:

You will join the Cybersecurity Product Sustained Engineering team, responsible for the Splunk SIEM platform and other technology supporting Global Cybersecurity Operations. The team manages all aspects of the AWS hosted Cybersecurity platforms as well as on-premises data ingestion infrastructure and forensics services. The Agile Delivery Manager role is responsible for the managing the team’s DevOps delivery through planning and co-ordination of engineering activities. Scrum management, sprint planning and reporting are core to this role, along with stakeholder management and project prioritisation. Additionally, the agile delivery role will provide leadership for regulatory and audit engagements, oversee key control indicator reporting and manage communications and engagement on behalf of the engineering team.

• Expertise in agile delivery, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience in documentation management and standardisation
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in business language
• Experience with compliance best practices, frameworks, and regulations

• A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
