Wymagania:
- Experience in scalable BPO Training & Quality Environment
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Care Management, Training Management, or Quality Management
- Skilled in people management and coaching
- Experience with global training and quality assurance frameworks
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
