Global Technical Transfer Leader at Roche is responsible for scoping, planning, and executing technical transfers of small and large molecules between clinical & commercial manufacturing sites. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project milestones, and budgets, as well as proactively anticipating and resolving project risks.

Wymagania:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
• 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3-5 years in matrix leader roles
• Deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry, CMC processes, and regulatory environment
• Strong execution focus and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent matrix leadership and communication skills
