Global Studies Asset Manager (GSAM) at Roche/Genentech is responsible for the consistent and efficient execution of global operations related to studies within a Disease Area (DA) or Therapeutic Area (TA). The role involves working closely with internal teams, partner operations, cross-functional experts, and vendor partners to ensure smooth operational delivery. The ASM is a vital member of the Extended Study Management Team (SMT) and provides operational expertise to ensure consistency and efficiency across assigned studies.

The GASM coordinates and delivers study management aspects within an asset’s portfolio following IHC-GCP and Roche processes to ensure clinical studies progress as planned, develop essential study documents, contribute to study recruitment, drive innovation in clinical operations, oversee key performance indicators, maintain inspection readiness, select 3rd party vendors, and more.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in life sciences
• Strong working knowledge of drug development process and regulations
