Wymagania:

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Bachelor’s with MBA also accepted.
• 15+ years’ experience in software development, product, or portfolio management in high-tech sectors.
• Proven experience in delivering AI-driven or autonomous technologies, preferably in industrial applications.
• Good understanding of control systems, SCADA, Manufacturing Operations Management, and digital solution architecture.
• Effective leadership in agile product development and continuous software delivery models.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align global teams toward shared visions and goals.
• Proficient communicator engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and facilitating digital adoption in complex organizations.
