Wymagania:

• Master’s degree in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
• min. 5 years of experience in Snowflake and Azure
• 15+ years of experience in Data Warehouses architecture, ETL/ELT tools, Data platform engineering, cloud architecture, or software architecture, Data Modeling
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale data & analytics platforms
• Knowledge in: Software development methodologies (e.g., SAFE/ Agile / DevOps), ITIL methodologies, Programming languages, particularly SQL, Python
• Fluent spoken and written English (Min. C1 Level)
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
• Efficient communicating in a complex environment, excellent negotiation skills, managing large number of stakeholders, managing escalations, consulting C-levels, influencing Steering Committees, etc.
• Demonstrating resilience, self-control, and the capacity to effectively manage stress and pressure
