Global IS Service Delivery Manager – SFDC ABB Robotics position at ABB offers the opportunity to lead Salesforce (SFDC) platform services across ABB’s Robotic Automation Region Organization. The role involves driving digital transformation, optimizing service delivery, and influencing business value in a complex, multi-country environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global process owners, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with ABB’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading the delivery strategy for key SFDC applications, managing service delivery performance, owning the service budget, driving stakeholder engagement, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining and enhancing SFDC services globally.

Wymagania:

• Proven leadership experience for minimum 10-12 years in global IT service delivery, ideally within Salesforce environments
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills
• ITIL certification and fluency in English
