ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Global Head of Security Operations Center to lead worldwide security operations, safeguard digital assets, and drive incident response strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field, at least 10 years of experience in information security with 5 years in SOC leadership roles in banking or financial services, relevant certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Wymagania:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years in information security, with at least 5 years in SOC leadership roles within the banking or financial services sector
• Proven experience managing global teams and complex multi-regional SOC environments
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat intelligence, incident response, SIEM, and security automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, SANS)
• Excellent communication, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement skills
