• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity and analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in driving enterprise-wide transformation involving advanced detection, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Experience in leading high-performing, global, cross-functional teams.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the banking sector.
• Recognized certifications preferred.
