Opis oferty:

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Global Enterprise Architect who can represent the Enterprise Architecture authority for HR, HSE and Communications. This role involves designing, supporting, and aligning IT solutions to business goals, developing and communicating global Enterprise Architecture, ensuring technical and business fit of IT components, and staying updated on new technology developments. The position also contributes majorly to Hitachi Energy's IT Strategy, supporting IT Solution Architects.

Wymagania:

• 10+ years of experience with HR and HSE knowledge Applications development & management processes and solutions
• Experience with SAP, Workday/SuccessFactors, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leading HSE software, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of Architectural Frameworks such as CSVLOD Model, TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT capabilities and solutions
• Soft skills including effective communication, collaboration, leadership, continuous learning, innovation, adaptability
• Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
