Wymagania:

• PhD in RNA Biology, Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, or relevant discipline
• Hands-on experience in AAV-based gene therapy and genetic elements design
• Expertise in molecular biology, gene expression regulation, and NGS data analysis
• Experience with computational tools (R, Python) and AI/ML models
• Flexible mindset, problem-solving skills, and sense of urgency
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
