Wymagania:

• ≥ 8 years of experience as a Business/IT Analyst, preferably with a financial or risk domain background.
• Some hands-on experience with Pega and Snowflake - you don’t need to be an expert, but familiarity will help you hit the ground running.
• Solid skills in SQL, data mapping, and documenting transformations end-to-end.
• Agile delivery experience (e.g., Confluence, Jira), plus excellent English (C1+) communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience knowledge of Data Mapping and solution integration.
• Knowledge of process modelling and UML.
• BPMN knowledge.
• Experience in IT analysis in integration projects.
