We are seeking a Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) (job description Expert IT Analyst) to join our growing team within the Corporate Loans Service Domain. You will play a central role in delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives for our corporate customers, focusing on process optimization, workflow automation, and customer experience enhancement.

You’ll join a small but highly dedicated team of professionals, that welcomes fresh ideas and thinking. This role may be tailored somewhat based on your competences and capabilities. Location is Stockholm (Lindhagen) or Poland (Lodz/Gdansk) and we work on hybrid model.

Wymagania:

• Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega platform delivery, with at least 2 years in a Lead Business Architect (LBA) role
• Strong background in business process re-engineering and workflow automation
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Great communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT and vendor teams in a hybrid delivery setup
• Previous work experience in international company
• Fluent English skills
