Engineering - Security Engineer - Associate - Warsaw

Led by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Technology Risk secures Goldman Sachs against hackers and other cyber threats. The team is responsible for detecting and preventing cyber intrusions, developing secure applications and infrastructure, measuring cybersecurity risk, and designing cybersecurity controls.

The global team is present across the Americas, APAC, India, and EMEA. Within Technology Risk, Advisory assesses new technology initiatives for risk and partners with engineers to design secure products, embedding security controls in the SDLC and CI/CD pipeline.

Wymagania:

• Experience with software development methodologies like Agile, DevOps
• Fluent in at least one major programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Go)
• Working knowledge of CI/CD platforms like Gitlab, AWS Code Commit and Deploy
• Ability to explain secure coding practices and application security vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, OWASP)
• Ability to engage with technical clients and communicate security requirements
• Intermediate knowledge of DevSecOps solutions (SAST, DAST/IAST, SCA, IaC, Mobile Security)
