As the Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality releases of Engineering Platforms aligning with the strategic vision and roadmap. Establish and continuously improve software development processes to enhance internal customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with Engineering Platforms vision. Ensure consistent and efficient execution of software delivery processes across teams. Collaborate with key stakeholders, provide transparent communication, manage global team including solid and dotted lines reports. Establish knowledge exchange, implement lean principles, define KPIs, ensure compliance, support assessments and audits, establish projects portfolio and drive projects execution leveraging project management principles.
