Opis oferty:

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the localization tech team working on all CDPR projects. In this role, you'll lead the localization engineering team focused on delivering cutting-edge systems for dialogue authoring and pipelines, and support related systems in Unreal Engine such as cinematic design. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, and localization project managers to ensure top-quality dialogue experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the next chapters of our beloved franchises from the Witcher series to the world of Cyberpunk 2077.

Wymagania:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Unreal Engine, ideally on AA or AAA projects.
  • Direct experience working on video game Dialogue authoring tools and pipelines such as screenplay editors, voice overs, scene editors or localization tools.
  • Proven experience leading a development team of around 7 members or similar scale.
  • Credited on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management role.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
  • Experience with relational databases is a big plus.
  • Experience with gRPC is a big plus.
  • Experience in C# and .NET is a plus.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in risk management and team development.
  • Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Values open, constructive feedback and respectful dialogue.
