CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Engineering Director to join and drive the performance and tools of Cyberpunk 2. As an Engineering Director, you will lead a team to achieve stunning visual fidelity and performance, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with other stakeholders.

Wymagania:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the games industry
• Proven leadership in a senior engineering role
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming and deep knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Experience with current-gen console hardware
• Strong understanding of low-level CPU/GPU operations and debugging tools
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges
