Allegro is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Data Analytics to lead the transformation of our analytics function. The Director of Data Analytics will build a world-class Analytics Center of Excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels, and ensuring consistent methodologies, tools, and governance. By partnering with executive leadership and business units, this role will elevate the strategic role of analytics, maximize return on data investments, and foster a culture of analytical thinking and self-service insights.

Wymagania:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics leadership roles within technology, financial, or consulting organizations
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing data analytics teams that directly support and drive critical business objectives
• Experience working closely with executive-level teams (CxO) and aligning analytics with business goals
• Deep expertise across the full spectrum of analytics capabilities, including data engineering, business intelligence, data science, machine learning and AI
• Hands-on experience leading teams in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and AI solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, data architecture, data governance, data quality, and data security
• Demonstrated track record in breaking down complex business challenges into solvable analytical problems, designing appropriate methodologies, and delivering impactful data-driven solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
