Wymagania:
- A hands-on Development Engineer, Material Scientist or Physicist with experience in a regulated environment
- Experience in working on business-critical projects with stringent timelines
- Degree in engineering, science, or relevant field, or extensive experience in R&D
- Confidence in working with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
- Methodical problem-solving approach and structured progress reporting
- Ability to define critical design inputs and develop mitigation for failure modes
