Wymagania:

• A hands-on Development Engineer, Material Scientist or Physicist with experience in a regulated environment
• Experience in working on business-critical projects with stringent timelines
• Degree in engineering, science, or relevant field, or extensive experience in R&D
• Confidence in working with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
• Methodical problem-solving approach and structured progress reporting
• Ability to define critical design inputs and develop mitigation for failure modes
