Wymagania:

• University degree (at least Bachelor) in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Expertise in Data Engineering tools like Azure Databricks, SQL, Python
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences
• Collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders
• Fluency in English, additional CEE language a plus
• Experience in an international environment or with cross-border teams
