Data Delivery Lead at Roche is a visionary leader providing strategic leadership to the Data Capability, influencing without authority to lead a team of data modalities experts in accelerating data delivery and pioneering new Data technologies. The role involves team management, collaboration within the Data & Digital Catalyst department, and with stakeholders across gRED and pRED to enhance data sharing and data reuse.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the RED’s data landscape, leverage data strategically, accelerate drug portfolio decision making, and manage RED’s data assets effectively.

Wymagania:

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical field
• Significant professional experience in the Pharma or Diagnostics sector
• Proven track record leading major projects
• Experience in data curation, data stewardship, data standards, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, Rshiny, Perl, Java, etc.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and teams
