Opis oferty:

Data Analyst (Global Department of Network Analytics) in InPost Group, responsible for conducting exploratory analyses of the effectiveness of the out-of-home network, focusing on optimizing first and last-mile operations to enhance overall network efficiency. The role involves developing insights and recommendations, working on advanced operational analytics with worldwide markets, building decision-making models, and designing new KPIs in alignment with business objectives. The position also includes creating and maintaining documentation of analyses, KPIs, and business definitions.

Wymagania:

• Fluency in English for communication
• Proven experience as a data analyst
• Working with large datasets, optimizing queries and visualizing data
• Identifying relationships between data and drawing logical conclusions
• Applying statistical and mathematical knowledge
• Knowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn)
• Strong SQL knowledge for database queries
• Experience with various data sources (DWH, DataLake, Databricks, SQL, noSQL databases)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
