Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that new or changed products (Hardware) and services (Software) introduced to production meet functional and operational requirements, and that the integrity of the Consumer Experience (CX) environment is protected. You will be part of the IS CX Architecture team, contributing to the CX testing laboratory, enhancing organizational efficiency. The work model for the role is: onsite. This role is contributing to the CX Architecture and Effectiveness team in Krakow, Poland. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Validation, exhaustive testing (with industry approved standards) and documentation prior to release deployment for the new and enhanced products or services
- Benchmark tools for testing, technical documentation and auditable results of all the Proof-of-Concept and pilots that are introduced to the ABB environment
- Permanently collaborates with the CX Solution Architects to provide feedback on issues observed and documented during the validation and testing of CX services
- Responsible for validating that Consumer Experience (CX) services of new or changed products and services strictly meet business and configuration requirements as well as all benchmarking during the testing phase
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline. Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Superior IS operations skills, and a deep understanding of IS technologies and the impact of reconfigurations
- Strong capacity to understand UX/CX concept and test in global environments
- Proven Experience using MS 365 tools
- Passionate about Consumer Experience (CX)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
