The Google Cloud Support team is dedicated to ensuring our customers get the most out of their Google Cloud investment. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to a diverse range of customers, from fast-growing startups to global enterprises. You'll dive deep into complex technical challenges, troubleshoot critical issues across the Google Cloud platform, and provide expert solutions that help customers innovate with confidence.
Wymagania:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience writing/debugging code written in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with computer networking and web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, etc.).
- Experience in virtualization and orchestration frameworks.
- System administrator level experience with Linux/Unix or operating systems.
