- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with CMOD architecture and deployment models
- Experience in configuration, performance tuning, and capacity planning in CMOD
- Knowledge of indexing, retrieval, and archival processes in CMOD
- Skills in log analysis, trace interpretation, and root cause identification
- Experience in operating systems administration, networks, and communication
- Proficiency in debugging and working with integration tools and APIs
- Fluent in English and strong customer service attitude
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
