Roche Pharma Product Development Global Clinical Operations (PDG) is focused on transforming drug development and delivering transformative medicines.

As a member of the Country Study Start-Up team, you will drive the efficient initiation of clinical trials, contributing to the delivery of innovative treatments to patients.

You will lead country strategy for study start-up, oversee operations, drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, manage clinical trial submissions, strategize on budget & contracts, and influence the start-up environment.

Wymagania:

• Degree (MD, PhD, MA/MS, BA/BS) in life sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial start-up, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, EU CTR, and local regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, and in the language(s) of the host country.
